Shipping Capt Lou's ships within 3 days of receipt of your order. All orders will ship via USPS.
Return Policy You can return items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in the condition as shipped and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if used or missing original materials. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.
For items returned after 10 days, Capt Lou's will grant a credit of up to 80% of the item’s value.
You can expect to receive the refund within 3 weeks from shipping your return to Capt Lou's (this includes the time required for the return shipping, inspection by our returns department, and processing the credit via your bank or credit card company). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
